Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us as early as possible. Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the following conditions:

For cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period of your booking, you are eligible for a refund.

Please note that, in the event of cancellation, the transaction fee, which may be up to 5% of the total reservation amount depending on the payment method, will be retained and will not be refunded.

For cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation period, the booking amount may be non-refundable, depending on the terms of your reservation.

Unless otherwise stated, KEDL Junior Suites and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on KEDL Junior Suites.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from KEDL Junior Suites for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
